- You earn 5% of your food subtotal — before tax and delivery fee.
- Credited when your order is completed (picked up or delivered).

- The portion you pay with Cashback Dollars doesn't earn cashback — only real dollars earn.
Spending
- Minimum redemption is $5.00 per order.
- No maximum — pay for an entire order with Cashback Dollars, tax and delivery included.
- Log in and verify your phone once (one text message) to unlock spending.
- Cancelled orders automatically return the Cashback Dollars you used.

Do I need to sign up?
You earn automatically with just your phone number on the order. To spend your balance, create a free account and verify your phone once — so we know it's really you.
Where do I see my balance?
Log in and check your account page — or ask Milo, our assistant, right on the homepage.
Do Cashback Dollars expire?
They stay active as long as you do. If you haven't ordered in 12 months, your balance expires. One order — of any size — keeps it alive.
Can I transfer my balance or cash it out?
No — Cashback Dollars have no cash value and can't be transferred, except automatically when you update your own verified phone number on your account.
What if my order is cancelled or refunded?
Cashback earned on that order is removed, and any Cashback Dollars you spent on it come back to your balance.
Do I earn on taxes, delivery fees, or tips?
No — the cashback rate applies to the food subtotal only.
Can I use Cashback Dollars with a deal or combo?
Yes. Deals earn cashback and can be paid for with it.
Program Terms
Chandigarh Pizza Cashback Dollars is a free loyalty program. Cashback Dollars are promotional credits with no cash value; they are not a gift card, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Earn rate is currently 5% of the food subtotal (excluding taxes, delivery fees, and tips) on completed orders, applied to the amount paid out of pocket. Balances are linked to the customer's verified phone number; redemption requires a verified account. Minimum redemption is $5.00 per order. Balances expire after 12 consecutive months without a completed order. Cashback earned on an order that is later cancelled, refunded, or charged back will be reversed; redeemed amounts on cancelled orders are returned. Chandigarh Pizza may reverse credits obtained through error, fraud, or abuse of the program, and may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time with reasonable notice — earned balances will be honoured for 60 days after any program termination. Employees are not eligible to earn on orders they process for themselves during shifts.
