Growing up in Chandigarh, Punjab — the city of beautiful planning and bold flavours — food was never just sustenance. It was an event, a gathering, a way of life.

When we moved to Canada, we brought those memories with us. We couldn't find pizza that felt like home — so we made our own. Butter chicken on fresh-stretched dough. Paneer tikka with the right char. Tandoori spices that actually linger.
